Countrywide Property Auctions was originally formed in 1992 and over the last 20 years has successfully increased its market share in residential property sales.

We are the UK’s largest regional property auctioneers, holding more than 40 auctions in England, Wales and Scotland each year at regional centres including London, Birmingham, Manchester, Glasgow and Abergele.

As part the UK's largest and most successful estate agency and property services Group, Countrywide Property Auctions is fortunate to be supported by approximately 1,300 Estate Agent and Letting Agent offices from Penzance to Stirling. This enables us to tap in to the expertise, knowledge and local market awareness of our own ‘in-house’ subsidiary offices when we market a property by auction.

With hard work and dedication, Countrywide Property Auctions has assimilated a proven track record in selling all types of property for Private Investment Companies, Local Authorities, NHS Trusts, Water Boards, as well as repossessed properties on behalf of Banks and Building Societies, and private vendor clients.

We have over the years dealt with practically every type of property ranging from one bedroom studio flats to Grade II Listed brick-built water towers. We believe that we are able to provide our clients with vast property knowledge and experience which enables us to provide sound advice, which is both pragmatic and commercially orientated.

Our head office is in Essex, accommodating a total of fourteen staff members. The Team comprises two Auctioneers, an Appraisals Team, a Sales Team, Accounts Team and Legal Liaison Department with support from Secretarial and Reception staff. We are proud of the quality of service that we provide and continually strive to strengthen our business built on solid foundations of integrity and the desire to succeed.
