MANCHESTER AUCTION CONSULTANT

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Manchester Auction Consultant to expand our successful business within the North West. This role will be based at our new office in the centre of Manchester and will involve frequent time away from the office as you will be promoting the Auction business to Countrywide agents, identifying new business opportunities, carrying out property appraisals and providing advice to clients

To be successful in this role you must be highly self motivated and comfortable working independently. You should have an excellent telephone manner and be able to converse confidently and professionally at all times. You should possess excellent negotiation and influencing skills coupled with the ability to build good business relationships at all levels

Previous Estate Agency experience as a successful Lister is essential, along with the drive and ambition to develop the business and yourself. You will have a full understanding of the Estate Agents Act and in particular the PMA. You may already have some auction rostrum experience and must have aspirations to become an Auctioneer. Applicants should ideally live within the Manchester area,
