As our name implies we form part of the Countrywide Group, which is the UK's largest estate agency and lettings network with approximately 1,300 branches from Penzance to Stirling

In total we hold 10 auctions per annum at each of the following centres:-

• London – For properties in Greater London, East Anglia and the South.
• Birmingham – For properties in the Midlands and South Wales.
• Manchester – For properties in the North.
• Glasgow – For properties in Scotland.

With our sister company Westcountry Property Auctions holding 5 auctions per annum at each of the following centres:-

• Plymouth – For properties in Devon and East Cornwall.
• Redruth – For properties in Mid and West Cornwall.
• Sherborne – For properties in Dorset and Somerset.

We also hold additional and one-off auctions with the following planned for 2012:-

• Abergele – For properties in North Wales – three times a year.
• Bristol – For properties in the Cotswolds, Bristol and surrounding areas.

With over 55 regional property auctions planned for 2012, there will be an auction designed to cover your area regularly throughout the year.
