Directional Note

Traveling along the A30 take the A395 exit at Kennards House and passing through Pipers Pool take the turning on your left signed for St Clether. Proceed straight ove the staggered crossroads, heading down into the village and at the bottom of the hill turn left, where the building plot can be found partway up the hill off a concrete driveway to your left.

* Guide Price
